There is additional shipping for oversized figures (12", 2/3-packs, collector’s editions and Gladiators). Canada orders are all sent USPS (please select “Ground” shipping). Customer is responsible for any duty, tax and brokerage. Shipping to Canada is $20 for the first item and approx $1.50 each additional item. PREORDERS: PREORDERS are not charged until your order is ready to ship – EXCEPT if you use PayPal (PayPal will capture the funds right away). If you combine in-stock and preorder items, your order will not ship until all items are in-stock – unless you authorize additional shipping by checking "authorize add. shipping" box in the shopping cart during check-out. Your order may not ship the exact day the order is charged, larger/popular releases/shipments take 2 to 3 days to process all orders from the day shipment is received from manufacturer. All Pre-orders are subject to availability. Product is shipped immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer delays. If you combine an in-stock item along with a preordered item - the in-stock item maybe no longer be available once the preordered item comes in. RETURNS: Please contact us via e-mail if you wish to return an order. We must be notified within 7 days if you wish to return an item. If you want to return an item after 7 days there is a 10% restocking charge. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days from notification of return. FACTORY SEALED CASES: There are no returns on factory sealed cases. Our cases come direct from the manufacturer and usually contain a factory seal. There is no guarantee as to the player selection or condition of the figures packaging inside. Typically condition is not a problem—even if the box shows wear. Player selection varies but typically you get one complete set and possibly one variation or chase figure. All factory sealed cases are shipped double boxed and we only ship cases that show no damage. PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We can also accept Money Orders or Checks or for E-Mail or phone orders. Orders waiting for Payment are held a maximum of 10 days.
