All Pre-orders are subject to availability. The product is shipped immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer delays or item cancellations. Any orders we are unable to fulfill will be issued a full refund.
COVID UPDATE: Many manufacturers have been experiencing delays with product production because of the Covid-19 pandemic, cargo delays, production delays, customs delays, freight shipping delays, etc. We ship as soon as products come in. Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to shipping by contacting email@example.com.
COMBINED ORDERS - In-Stock and Pre-Order Items:
If you combine In-stock and Pre-Order items, your order will not ship until all items are in-stock. We recommend placing separate orders for In-stock items and Pre-Order items or for pre-orders with different anticipated release dates. Please note that we are not responsible if in-stock items (at time of purchase) sell out while waiting for pre-order items to arrive. Your order does not guarantee that items will still be available at time of shipping. To request the shipment of in-stock items separately, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be an additional fee to split the shipping on an order.

We ship to U.S. and Canada (Canada shipping may have delays while clearing customs).
We ship via USPS (usually 1-3 items/lbs.) and FedEx (usually 4 lbs+) to 48 Continental U.S. States. We ship via USPS Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Packages larger than a square foot cannot ship to a PO Box.

We ship USPS Priority International to Canada, and there are sometimes delays while the package is going through customs.

Tracking will be emailed for both FedEx and USPS Priority shipping (except APO addresses). If you create an account during checkout, tracking for your packages will be available when you log-in to your account and view your order history.
Please make sure to have your shipping address be a safe location. If the tracking states the package was delivered and you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors and in areas around the residence the driver may have left it for you. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for a package not being there if the tracking states it was delivered.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays.
Please contact us via email (email@example.com) if you wish to return an order. We must be notified within 30 days if you wish to return an item. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days from notification of return. Shipping charges or credit card processing fees are not refunded. Refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Item must be in new and unused condition, unopened package, tags still on and without damage. Please make sure to include your order # inside the return.
If your order arrives damaged from either USPS or FedEx please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please provide your name, order number, which item(s) were damaged and any photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will put in a claim for your packaged and either issue a refund or a replacement. All claims must be made within 7 days from when the package was delivered. If you contact us after 7 days we will NOT be able to issue a refund or replacement. We sell our items as collectibles to keep in the package. If you open your collectible and it breaks or is defective we are not responsible; you need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement.
Any products listed as an "OPENER" will not be replaced or refunded for damaged product packaging.
FACTORY SEALED CASES:
There are no returns on factory sealed cases. Our cases come directly from the manufacturer and usually contain a factory seal. There is no guarantee as to the player selection or condition of the figures packaging inside. Usually, the condition is not a problem—even if the box shows wear. All factory sealed cases are shipped double boxed and we only ship cases that show no damage.
